​Steven G. Piraino - President/Operational Owner of S&D prime Maintenance, Inc.
Steve, started his career at S&D with his brother Dave in 1981.  Steve oversees all of the day- to- day operations of S&D Prime Maintenance, Inc. Steve has W I T (what it takes) attitude to get the job done and that is why we are still here 30+ years later.  Steve provides excellent leadership for his team and constantly asks the question "How can we do it better?"

David R. Piraino -  President of Swish & Rub, Scour & Scrub and Vice President of S&D Prime Maintenance, Inc.
Our Janitorial Division, Swish and Rub, handles all properties including; common area condominium cleaning, offices, churches, banks, pool houses & medical facilities.  Swish is a professional janitorial company providing a clean, healthy environment for its customers.  Dave is always "on the spot for cleaning".

Andrew Piraino - Operations Manager and Estimator
Andrew, besides contributing as an Operations Manager/Estimator, he also maintains the entire company vehicle fleet and our technician's communications network.  Andrew is constantly working to bring S&D to the next level, making sure our customers are taken care of 24/7.

Tim Brooks - Estimator
Tim’s extensive skill, background, and experience has brought him up from working with S&D as a Lead Field Technician since 2013 to now running our divisions of Estimating, Projects, and Operations since 2020.  He has cultivated and maintained relationships with our customers and continues to bring our quality, professionalism, and efficiency to new levels every single day.  His hard work and ethics have made sure customers and employees alike are priority and will be sure to get the job done properly and swiftly as a Team.  Customer satisfaction is Tim's #1 priority and will get the job done.  Everyone just loves Tim!

Alondra Ibarra - Office Administrator & Janitorial Supervisor
Alondra started as our front desk reception, then swiftly acquired several more administrative responsibilities and supervises & coordinates all of our Janitorial staff.  She works closely with all of our employees and customers and responds quickly to internal and external inquiries.  Alondra brings so much to our office and is an absolutely integral part of our team.

Yanelly Balderrama - Maintenance Scheduler & Dispatch
Yanelly comes to us with several years  of experience in customer service.  She coordinates and prioritizes all the work that flows through S&D’s doors. Yanelly optimizes the planned and emergency maintenance work schedule to keep our crews running efficiently and effectively.  We wouldn't be able to keep our ship sailing without her!

Ashley Piraino-Duncan - Office/Accounting/HR Manager, Operations Supervisor & Marketing Specialist
Ashley manages all facets of our office administration, helping our organization's operations run efficiently. and effectively.  Ashley also handles and develops all of S&D’s marketing strategies, including the company website and social media.  She plays an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base,  and creating effective strategies that will promote long-term growth of the company.
