Steven G. Piraino - President
Steve and his brother, Dave, started out in 1980 with $900.00 they borrowed from their mother (without the knowledge of their dad) and only a carpet cleaning machine & a vacuum. They could only afford to pay Dave's salary, so Steve still worked a full-time job. Today, S&D employs over 45 people who have the same ideals Steve and Dave had when they started out over 25 years ago. Steve enjoys his job in part because of all the interesting people (and old acquaintances) he gets to meet and he truly enjoys serving people's needs.

David R. Piraino - Vice President & President of Swish & Rub, Scour & Scrub
Dave heads up our Janitorial Division. Swish & Rub handles all types of properties, including common area condominium cleanings, offices, churches, banks, pool houses and will even travel at night to change outside light bulbs. Whatever your cleaning needs are, Dave will always put forth his best effort to serve you.

Tracey Wolski - Business Administrator

Anne Sopala - A/P & A/R Representative
Anne has been part of the S&D family for over 4 years now and is fondly known as the "minister of information". She's always willing to lend a hand and has incredible customer service skills, which makes her great at what she does.

Sandy VanNess - Administrator
Sandy has been in administration for 25 years. She has tons of experience she brings to the table at S&D. Besides completing administrative responsibilities for the company, Sandy heads up our carpet cleaning division. Scheduling, pricing, creating promotions - She handles it all! Maria Llanas - Dispatch & Customer Service
Maria spent 4 years prior to joining us supervising a staff of 75 at off-site job locations, so she knows the true meaning of dispatch and customer service. Her ability to co-ordinate and prioritize multiple projects is one of her greatest assets.

Joe Auriemme - Estimator
Joe has many years in the building trades including carpentry, painting and vast building maintenance skills. Joe has worked in the residential as well as the commercial areas and over the years, has developed great customer service skills. Communication is key in Joe's world, he likes to keep his customers informed and educate them regarding the many proposals he does for them. Andrew Piraino - Material Procurement & Dispatch Assistant
Andrew has been with S&D for nine years in various divisions. He was recently promoted to Material Procurement and also serves as an assistant to Maria, our dispatcher. Andrew maintains the entire company's vehicle fleet and our technician's communications network. His expectations for himself push his skills to the level he believes necessary to reach our team goals. Andrew works hard to make sure our customers are taken care of 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.
