S&D Prime Maintenance, Inc. loves working with our customers in historic Oak Park, Illinois. We have had the opportunity to work with several property managers in Oak Park, helping to maintain a variety of commercial and residential properties.

With narrow, winding stair cases and entry doors set back far from the street, portable extraction equipment is the best choice to provide effective cleaning.

S&D is also highly aware of the importance of maintaining the historical integrity of the properties we have the privilege to work on. To this extent S&D carefully reviews all projects to determine if the work would in any way compromise the historic nature of  property. Oak Park structures have several components that we attempt to rebuild rather than replace, such as the old pot belly door closers and beveled glass transoms. Every effort is made to rebuild, reuse and retain these components whenever possible.
